Stays for school groups at Camping Rožnov

The most popular spot in the Beskids, in the heart of Wallachia. A beautiful setting at the foot of the mountains, close to the Wallachian Open Air Museum. Camping Rožnov is an ideal place for school nature stays and school trips. Thanks to its location it has become a great starting point not only for hiking activities (Pustevny, Radhošť), or for visiting the renowned Rožnov Open Air Museum (Skanzen) or the lookout tower, but also for sports, relaxation and rest.

  • For school trips, adaptation courses and school nature stays we offer special CANCELLATION TERMS. After booking your stay we will send you a voucher together with an advance invoice for 50% of the price, payable within 14 days; the remaining balance will be invoiced on arrival, separately for children and for teachers. Payment can be made in cash, by card or by invoice.

Full catering is provided in the restaurant's dining room. For school trips, school nature stays, sports training camps and other types of groups we can provide meals as needed up to 5 times a day, i.e. including snacks and drinks. Meal serving times are arranged with the group leader. Menus can be tailored, including adapting meals for vegetarians, vegans or people with various restrictions or specific diets (e.g. gluten-free, egg allergy, milk, meat), etc. We are happy to accommodate your needs.

  • For pupils / students we charge for the actual number of guests accommodated, not unused beds. We do not charge for unoccupied beds.
  • For hygiene reasons it is not possible to use your own bed linen. We have it laundered at a professional industrial laundry.
  • We also allow stays of just one night, or for a single day.
  • Showers and sanitary facilities are available FREE of charge, with no fee, accessible 24/7.
  • Drinking water is available throughout the Camping Rožnov site.
  • FREE WiFi throughout the site.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available in apartments with their own sanitary facilities, bungalows with their own sanitary facilities, cabins with shared sanitary facilities, and your own tents. We will select the specific type or cabin numbers for you, so that classes are always grouped together as much as possible.

Catering

Catering is provided in our restaurant right on the site. You can order breakfast, half board (breakfast + dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner). It is also possible to order snacks or sausages for grilling.

Reservation

Make your reservation by email, stating the dates of your stay, the number of children + the number of adults, catering requirements, and your contact details: name and surname, phone number. If an invoice is to be issued to a school or association, please also provide the company ID number (IČ).

Invoicing

Once your reservation is made, we will send you an accommodation voucher containing instructions for the deposit payment. After payment we will issue a deposit receipt (DPZ). The balance can be paid on arrival in cash, by card or by invoice. The final invoice will be issued separately for children (with the deposit deducted) and separately for teachers (full amount).

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible from 15:00; check-out for apartments and cottages is by 10:00, and for tents by 12:00. Cleaning takes place from 10:00 to 15:00! If you wish to arrive earlier, this is possible – we will store your luggage and you can make use of the site. The reception is closed from 12:00 to 14:00!
