Terms and Conditions of Camping Rožnov

  1. Within the camp's operating hours, a person who properly registers for their stay and pays the relevant charges according to the current price list may be accommodated in the camp.
  2. Accommodation and service charges at the camp are paid in advance for the full duration of the stay. A reservation does not create an entitlement to a specific cabin number, only to a cabin type.
  3. Upon arrival at the camp, every visitor must report to the reception and present a valid ID card, passport or other identity document. All users of cabins, tents and caravans must always be registered for their stay.
  4. After paying all charges, the reception staff will issue keys to the accommodation, or assign a space for pitching a tent, placing a caravan and parking a vehicle.
  5. Park your motor vehicle in a way that does not obstruct the access of other vehicles and does not disturb the rest of other visitors.
  6. Each guest receives an accommodation voucher upon arrival. If a guest is staying in a tent or caravan, they will also receive a registration card at the gate, which they are obliged to attach visibly to their tent or caravan.
  7. Without the written consent of the camp operator, visitors may not carry out any landscaping, construct retaining structures, steps, shelters or other auxiliary structures, or place objects and equipment not intended for accommodation.
  8. Overnight stays by family members and other persons who are not registered for accommodation are prohibited in all accommodation facilities.
  9. Use of the camp is permitted only to persons who are not carriers of infectious or parasitic diseases, nor have they been ordered to undergo enhanced health surveillance or quarantine.
  10. If the stay is interrupted by the guest, no refund of accommodation charges will be given (in serious cases, by arrangement).
  11. Digging trenches around tents is not permitted.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
  13. For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age are not permitted to be in the camp area without adult supervision.
  14. Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, complete quiet must be maintained in the camp. Campfire gatherings may take place after 10:00 PM, but only in a designated area, so as not to disturb other visitors.
  15. Departure from the camp before 8:00 AM must be announced in advance at reception. Departure in this case must be quiet, without unnecessary noise.
  16. The reception is accessible to visitors outside the main season from 8:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00, and during the main season from 8:00–20:00.
  17. For operational reasons, changes to parking spaces or tent/caravan placement may occur.
  18. Complaints and suggestions for improvement are received by the camp manager or reception staff.
  19. In the case of a service complaint, a proper complaint report must be drawn up with a camp representative. The complaint must be made without unnecessary delay on the spot. Later complaints will not be considered.
  20. During the day, it is not permitted to disturb camp users with shouting, loud singing or other disruptive behaviour. Playing of recorded music is prohibited throughout the camp. A suitable area is designated in the camp for games and activities.
  21. Motor vehicles, and possibly bicycles, may only be driven for arrival and departure on designated roads. The maximum speed permitted throughout the camp is 15 km/h.
  22. Washing motor vehicles and carrying out maintenance work is strictly prohibited throughout the camp.
  23. Dogs in the camp must be kept on a lead at all times. Their owners are obliged to ensure that the safety of other guests is not endangered. Dog owners are required to clean up after their pets, including when using the DOG arena.
  24. Camp users are obliged to handle fire with the utmost caution. Open fires next to cabins are strictly prohibited! Designated fire pits are available within the camp area.
  25. Visitors to the camp have a duty to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and considerate behaviour towards other visitors.
  26. All camp users must not damage camp equipment, plants, natural features within the camp or its surroundings.
  27. A camp visitor who damages equipment or causes damage to the sanitary facilities, kitchen or other camp areas is obliged to compensate for the damage caused before departure.
  28. On the day of departure, visitors must vacate their cabins by 10:00 AM. Checkout by 10:00 AM also applies to guests in tents or caravans. If the specified time is exceeded, the operator may charge a full-day fee.
  29. Waste must be deposited in designated areas in the appropriate containers.
  30. Washing of dishes is permitted only in designated areas.
  31. Before leaving the camp, visitors must restore their pitch and its surroundings to their original state.
  32. When departing from a cabin, bungalow or apartment, guests must: strip the used bed linen (according to the number of guests) including the fitted sheet; tidy up and take rubbish to the containers; report any damage to equipment or furnishings at reception and pay for any damage; wash any used dishes; clean the grill if used; clean up any mess in the surrounding area. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a surcharge for additional cleaning according to the price list.
  33. Furniture that is part of the accommodation facilities, whether inside or on the terraces of accommodation units, is not intended for use in open areas and it is strictly prohibited to use it outside its designated area. A charge of CZK 500 will be levied for such use.
  34. The accommodation provider is only liable for money, identity documents and other valuables if they have been handed over for safekeeping. No liability is accepted for items freely left elsewhere.
  35. Visitors must inform reception upon their final departure from the camp.
  36. Visitors are obliged to comply unconditionally with the instructions of camp staff.
  37. The camp operator is not liable for injury or damage to the property of camp users, unless caused by the operator. No liability is accepted for loss of personal belongings.
  38. Every visitor must familiarise themselves with the camp regulations upon entering the camp and is obliged to comply with them.
  39. The camp regulations are binding on all who wish to stay in the camp area. Any person who violates the camp regulations will be asked to leave without compensation, i.e. without a refund of the relevant prepaid charges.
  40. Disruption of operations and disturbance of the peaceful stay of visitors, where the remedy is not covered by the operating regulations and accommodation rules, may be resolved by calling the Czech Police. It may also be resolved by a written order from the camp manager, which will serve as an addendum to the operating regulations.
  41. Entry to the camp area for non-registered visitors is prohibited; entry is only possible with a valid admission ticket.
  42. The camp area is monitored by a camera system.
